These terms apply to all orders placed on palletstash.com. PalletStash is a trading name of [Company name, company number, registered office address]. Contact: sales@palletstash.com.

1. Our products

We sell mystery boxes and pallets. Each product lists the number of items it contains. The items are chosen at random from our current stock, and you can't choose specific items, brands, colours or sizes. Product pictures are illustrations and don't show the actual contents.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order.

3. Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because stock has run out, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping policy. The goods become your responsibility once they're delivered to you.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & refunds policy explains your right to cancel within 14 days and what happens if an item is faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Reselling

You may resell items you buy from us. You're responsible for meeting any rules that apply to your own sales.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. We don't limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
