Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
What's inside a mystery box or pallet?
Every order is packed at random from our current stock of clothing and accessories: football kits, denim, hoodies, trousers, shorts, underwear and swimwear, T-shirts, socks, caps, wallets and footballs. You get the number of items listed on the product, but the exact mix, styles and sizes are a surprise.
Can I choose sizes or items?
No. Choosing would take the mystery out of it and keeps our prices low. Each order has a spread of sizes, from kids' sizes up to adult 2XL.
What condition are the items in?
[Confirm and edit: e.g. brand-new overstock and end-of-line items, some with tags, some without.] Any item that arrives faulty is covered by our returns policy.
How is my order delivered?
Boxes go by tracked courier. Pallets are delivered by a pallet or freight courier to a ground-floor address. See our shipping policy for times and costs.
Can I resell the items?
Yes. Many customers buy our pallets to resell at markets, car boot sales or online.
How do I pay?
All payments go through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return a mystery box?
Yes. As a UK consumer you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the complete order. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
