We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. [Edit if you exclude Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, or offshore areas.]
Delivery costs and times

We pack and dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched from the next working day.
Pallet deliveries
- Pallets are delivered kerbside or to a ground-floor address that a pallet truck can reach.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery. The courier may contact you to book a time.
- Please tell us about access restrictions when you order, by emailing sales@palletstash.com.
- If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, a redelivery charge may apply.
Tracking
We email you a tracking reference as soon as your order is dispatched.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, email sales@palletstash.com with your order number and photos of any damage. For pallets, please note any visible damage on the courier's delivery form before you sign.
